We kindly ask that you…

  • Turn your phone to silent on entering the spa.

    Please come to your appointment alone for health & safety.

    New clients must arrive 10 minutes prior to their appointment to complete a mandatory consultation form.

    Treatments will not be extended to late arrivals as this compromises the spa time of the next guest - please contact the salon immediately if you are running late, as your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

  • Cancellation policy

    A minimum of 48-hours notice is required for re-schedules & cancellations.

    A cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card for late cancellations (less than 48 hours notice), which will be 50% of the service fee.

    Cancellations on the day of your appointment or by not showing up will incur the full cost of the service.
